Privacy

Privacy statement

Through this website we only collect data you enter yourself in one of the three forms: the newsletter sign-up, a quote request and the photo shoot registration. Below you will find, per form, which data that is, what we use it for, on what legal basis and how long we keep it.

This statement covers the website. If you become a customer, the data from the quote or order process is handled separately in our own administration.

Newsletter

When you sign up for the newsletter, you first get an email with a confirmation link. If you do not click it, we send you nothing.

Which data
Your email address, the topics you tick and the language you are viewing the site in.
What for
To email you roughly once a month about new collections and offers.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
How long
Until you unsubscribe. If you do not confirm your sign-up within thirty days, we delete it.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough.

When you submit this form we briefly look at your IP address, to stop the form from being fired off in a loop. We do not store that address: it stays in the server's memory for a minute at most.

Quote request

Which data
The name of your company or club, what you need, your email address and the notes you write yourself.
What for
To answer your request and give you a price.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract and the steps taken at your request before entering into one.
How long
Two years after the request has been completed.

You will get a confirmation by email. If you want to send a logo, you can do so as a reply to that email; the form on the site does not accept files itself.

Photo shoot registration

For our campaign photo shoot, a parent or guardian registers a child. This concerns children aged 4 to 12, so data about children under sixteen. We therefore do not ask the child: the parent or guardian fills in the form and gives consent.

Consent for the use of the images is recorded separately, with its own tick box apart from the registration. You can withdraw that consent at any time via the contact address at the bottom of this statement; we will then take the photos down. Withdrawal does not affect what was done with consent beforehand.

Which data
The child's first name and age and the club they play for. From the parent or guardian: name, email address and, if you wish, a phone number. Plus a preferred time slot and any remarks.
What for
To spread the registrations across the afternoon, to let you know whether your child has a place, and to organise the shoot.
Legal basis
The consent of the parent or guardian. Separate consent applies to the use of the images.
How long
We delete the registration data six months after the shoot. We use and keep the images for three years at most.

Cookies and visitor numbers

Left to itself, this site sets no cookies at all. The typefaces are on our own server too, so opening a page sends nothing to another company.

For visitor numbers we use Google Analytics 4. It only loads after you have explicitly accepted in the cookie bar. Choose decline, or do nothing, and nothing from Google is loaded and no cookie is placed on your device. We keep your choice in your own browser's storage rather than in a cookie; that choice never reaches us or anyone else.

If you do accept, Google Analytics places the cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement id>. By default these stay on your device for two years and recognise a returning visit without us knowing who you are. Data about your visit then goes to Google: among other things your IP address, which pages you view, how you arrived at the site and general information about your device. Google may also process that data outside the European Union.

You can change your choice at any time via Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies straight away.

We do not use Google Analytics on the newsletter confirmation and unsubscribe pages. Those web addresses contain a personal code, and we do not want to send that to Google.

Retention within Google Analytics
Fourteen months. That is the period set in our Google Analytics property.

Companies that help us with this

For this website we work with a few companies:

Supabase
The database the forms end up in. Our database is located in the European Union, in the Frankfurt region.
Resend
Sends the email: the confirmations to you and the notifications to ourselves.
Vercel
Runs the website. Like any web server, Vercel records technical details of a visit, including the IP address.
Cloudflare
Handles the naming of our domain.
Google
Google Analytics, solely after your consent.
Data processing agreements
We have a data processing agreement with Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare and Google. It sets out that they process the data only on our behalf and not for their own purposes.

Your rights

Regarding the data we hold about you, you have the right to:

  • see it
  • have it corrected if something is wrong
  • have it deleted
  • object to its use
  • receive it in a common file format
  • withdraw consent you have given, without affecting what was done with it beforehand

We respond to such a request within one month. To avoid handing data to the wrong person, we may ask you to send your request from the email address it concerns.

Questions or a complaint

Would you like to exercise one of these rights, or do you have a question about your data? Get in touch via scott@sport2000parkstad.nl.

If we cannot work it out together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the supervisory authority for privacy law in the Netherlands.
