The information on this site

We do our best to show what we stock and what we can do. The range and availability change continuously, so what is shown here may lag behind what is actually in the store. No rights can be derived from the information on this site.

There are deliberately no prices on this site. If you are after something specific, give us a call; we will check whether it is in and what it costs.

A quote request is not yet an agreement

Requesting a quote is a request, not an order. You will get a confirmation from us that your request has arrived; that in itself settles nothing.

Agreements about quantities, execution, delivery time or price only apply once we have confirmed them in writing. That also goes for anything discussed in the store or by email.

Signing up for an event or the photo shoot

A registration for an event or for the photo shoot is only final once you have had a confirmation from us by email. Until then, no place can be derived from it.

The number of places is limited. If there are more registrations than places, we will let you know.

Liability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that nothing is ever missing, out of date or temporarily out of order.

We are not liable for damage arising because you relied on information on this site, or because the site was unavailable. This does not apply in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer.

This site links to our web shops, to the Ski & Outdoor Discountstore and to a Google route map. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, nor for the way they handle your data.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version on the site at the time of your visit is the one that applies. The bottom of this page shows when we last changed them.
